This page explains what this site collects, what it does with it and what it does not do.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, phone number, how you prefer to hear from us, your preferred time and your message. Please don't put medical details in a message. For anything urgent, call us.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to plan a parent interview. We don't sell it or rent it, and we don't use it for advertising.

What this site doesn't use

• No analytics
• No advertising pixels
• No session recording
• No embedded scheduling service

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows, or with people you name in a signed release. A school letter is sent only when you ask for it in writing.
